My office has experience in a wide variety of criminal cases. One of my most common types of cases include drunk driving offenses. We have experience in defending against drunk driving charges, obtaining specialized driving privileges for clients, and guiding clients through the criminal justice process. We also commonly handle cases involving possession of controlled substances and battery offenses.
Andrew Noone has been practicing criminal law since his beginning his legal career working for David Byers in 2014. Andrew was fortunate to mentor under an attorney who had been practicing criminal law throughout Central Indiana since the mid 1980's. Prior to working for David Byers, Andrew worked with with the Marion County Public Defender Agency in Indianapolis, gaining experience in Misdemeanor, Traffic Court and D Felony Drug Court. Andrew also worked with the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office in Ann Arbor, MI during his law school career in the major felony division.
