Andrew J. Noone
Andrew was raised in Beech Grove and graduated from Roncalli High School on the Southside. In 2013, he graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He was admitted to practice law in Indiana in October 2013.
Andrew has been serving the residents of Beech Grove and Central Indiana for over 5 years. He began working for David L. Byers in April 2014, as an associate attorney. Andrew was fortunate to be able to apprentice and learn the practice of law from an attorney who had practiced for over 30 years in Beech Grove. David Byers retired in April of 2019 and Andrew has opened his own firm, Noone Law, LLC, to continue to provide legal services to clients.
Andrew practices in criminal defense, expungements, divorce, personal injury, bankruptcy, guardianship, estate planning and general litigation. He enjoys the opportunity to help clients assert their legal rights and claims.
During law school, Andrew participated in the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Clinic. There he worked with the major felony division of the Public Defender’s office in Ann Arbor, MI. He gained real life experience doing probation violation hearings, suppression hearings, sentencing arguments, and plea negotiations.
Andrew also worked with the Marion County Public Defender’s Office here in Indianapolis. During his time there, he gained experience in the misdemeanor courts, traffic court, and D felony drug court.
Andrew is experienced in assisting clients with expungements throughout Indiana. He has helped over a hundred clients receive the benefits of an expungement. He enjoys being able to help clients obtain better employment and move forward from past mistakes.
Andrew has also performed Appellate work, including oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Indiana.
Andrew still resides on the Southside in Beech Grove. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors and doesn’t pass up an opportunity to go fishing or hunting.
